Go to man to get you out of a pinch, quick service. Professional and courteous attitude. Clean and strong fleet, I strongly recommend CR Star Car Service.

From my initial call to these guys, to the drop off at the airport, they were courteous, easy to talk to, and reliable. I had two small children and car seats and my driver (I unfortunately forgot his name as it was 4am!) was patient, professional, and extremely punctual. I was very stressed about getting to the airport and was so relieved to find this company.

If one were to look up “excellent customer service” or “reliable,” “punctual,” “helpful” or “friendly” in the dictionary, one shouldn’t be surprised to see a photo of Roberto. We have been frequent users of Roberto / CR over the past seven years… and more than once, our kids have seen a car like Roberto’s and have waved thinking that it was him. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of service, his reliability, punctuality, how helpful he is (packing bags, bringing car seats, offering wifi etc.) and just how good a guy Roberto is. If you’re in need of a quality driving experience, Roberto / CR is for you.

Roberto is my favorite driver. Working long hours in the legal industry, I know I can always relay on Roberto to be both professional and reliable. He is so knowledgeable about many different things and it is always a pleasure to be in his company.

CR Star Car Service has been our NY based car service for over 10 years. I work for high level executives that literally request CR Star, specifically Roberto to accomodate all car transportation while in NY. His professionalism goes w/out saying and his alertness to best routes when executives are limited w/time is a major plus!
